The program of SEED Foundation helps microenterprises and self-employed people to survive, stabilize and create new jobs. It helps unemployed people to improve their skills for working in a non-traditional working environment, which increase their chances to get a job. It also helps employees of microenterprises to cooperate with their employers in making their working places sustainable. The program increases the cooperative attitude – which is traditionally very low in Hungary – among different groups of disadvantaged people: micro-entrepreneurs, employees of microenterprises and unemployed persons.
