Originally founded by the Trnka family and Nádvorie, KAMPUS is Trnava Region's strategic response to brain drain. Through a unique public-private partnership, Nádvorie provides housing while KIRA (regional gov) manages the program focused on soft skills development, project management and networking. It offers selected applicants community housing, mentoring, practical workshops and internships. The innovation lies in transferring proven private philanthropy into systemic regional policy. Thus, the program transforms students into active leaders who are motivated to remain in the region.
