Webinar Leading together - 5th of November 2026

We kindly invite you to our Webinar with Jelena Kovač (Researcher at University, Zagreb) on 5th of November 2026 at 3 pm via Zoom.

Most social innovations start with one person who carries everything. But that is also their biggest risk.

Join us for Leading together: Shared Leadership in nonprofits; a 90-minute webinar for the SocialMarie community.

We will cover three things that make shared leadership work in practice:

• clear decision rights,
• trust, and
• growing leaders.

If you want to register to the event, please send an e-mail to ivana.borovnjak@sozialmarie.org. You will then receive a Zoom-Link.

Note: The waiting room is enabled – we will let you in on time.
