Integrated Health and Social Care Centre

Homelessness is a complex issue, and we address it through an integrated, comprehensive approach. We provide medical and psychological care, accompany clients to specialist services, and remove practical barriers such as fees and bureaucracy. A general practitioner, psychiatrist, psychologist, trained healthcare staff, social workers, housing assistants, and employment coaches work together to support vulnerable people — in clinics, in the field, and wherever people experiencing homelessness live.
