The Ministry functions as a pseudo-institution: an ironic yet operational counterpart to a non-existent state body that would genuinely care about people’s well-being. Through artistic tools, the Ministry bridges the gap between the personal and the political/social sphere. Its online platform provides space to engage with under-addressed and neglected issues that have a direct impact on individual lives, yet remain largely ignored by centralised power structures.
