The Women’s Trade Union School is an educational programme that supports women to become more active in trade unions and to change them from within. Its goals are to increase the number of active women in unions, to make unions safer and more inclusive spaces for women, and to open space for addressing issues such as discrimination, violence and unequal working conditions. Through workshops and peer exchange, participants learn how to act collectively and initiate change. The programme is innovative in linking feminist perspectives with concrete trade union practice and everyday experience.
