Humana Nova – Inclusive Circular Economy

Humana Nova developed an integrated model of employment for people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups through the circular economy. The project connects textile collection, recycling, education, design, responsible production and sales on the market with continuous social support for employees. Social innovation is manifested in the fact that inclusion is built into the business model, and not treated as an additional measure. This creates long-term jobs, strengthens the professional identity of employees and proves that inclusivity is compatible with competitive market operations.
