Asylum Lawyers' Network - NWAA

The NWAA's aim is to support refugees/persons entitled to protection in proceedings before the highest courts (Constitutional Court, Administrative Court, European Court of Justice, European Court of Human Rights) and to obtain landmark rulings for the target group. The NWAA provides legal representation by specialised/experienced lawyers to refugees in cases particularly worthy of representation from a humanitarian/legal point of view. We achieve justice in individual cases for particularly vulnerable refugees, clarify important legal issues and, time and again, the repeal of unfavorable laws
